🎫 Types of NAMANE Coupons
・ There are two types of NAMANE coupons: “A Free Card Coupon” and “A Card Top-up Coupon”.

- The free card coupon(QR) can be used at purchases made at a kiosk.
🏁 A Card Top-up Coupon
- A card top-up coupon can be used to reload your registered NAMANE Card's pay balance.

[1] Go to the 'Home' screen > Select 'MY POCKET' > Select 'Coupon’.
[2] Select the register a coupon icon ➕ in the upper right corner.
[3] Enter the numeric code (16 digits) of the coupon.
[4] Click the 'OK' button.
[5] Registration complete!

🏁 Using the "A Card Top-up Coupon" to reload your pay balance.
⚠️ Wait, there are two ways to use the coupon to reload your pay balance.
Method 1) Reloading in the 'Coupon' Menu.
Method 2) Reloading by selecting 'Coupon' payment method from 'Pay Card Top-up'

[1] Go to the 'Home' screen > Select 'MY POCKET' > Select 'Coupon’.
[2] Click the ‘Use’ button of the coupon you want to use among your registered coupons.
[3] Select the card you want to reload with the coupon and click the ‘OK’ button.
[4] Check the coupon’s precautions and instructions.
[5] Press the 'Top-up' button.
[6] You have completed reloading your card by applying the coupon! Ensure the amount has been correctly reloaded on your card.
✔️Method 2) Reloading by selecting 'Coupon' payment method from 'Pay Card Top-up'

[1] NAMANE app > ‘MY Card’ > Select the card you want to reload, and then select the ‘Pay Card Top-up’ button.
[2] Select the 'Coupon' as a payment method.
[3] Select the ‘Use’ button of the coupon you want to use among the registered coupons.

[5] Press the ‘Top-up’ button.
[6] You have completed reloading your card by applying the coupon! Ensure the amount has been correctly reloaded on your card.
✅ Notes When Using a Coupon
※ A coupon (numeric code) consists of 16 digits.
※ Used coupons cannot be recovered.
※ Only one coupon can be applied at the time of payment.
※ Coupons cannot be shared.
※ The remainder balance will not be refunded if it is used to pay for an amount lower than the coupon amount.
※ This coupon loading method is available from iOS 2.2.7 or higher and Android 3.0.6 or higher.
