The Namane Card team will notify and notify you regarding the leakage of personal information.

First of all, I would like to express my deepest apologies to the customer.

From July 24, 2021, MBI Solution, a partner operating non-face-to-face chatting consulting solution 'Happy Talk', from July 3 to 19, I have been notified that my phone number has been compromised.

In case of any damage, please be aware of spam emails for the purpose of distributing malicious codes, such as voice phishing, which is suspected of abuse of personal information.

In addition, if you have any inquiries or damage has occurred or is expected to occur, please contact the department in charge below, and we will provide guidance and consultation in good faith, and proceed with remedies such as loss compensation or damage compensation after conducting necessary investigations.

Also, if you would like to receive compensation through the Korea Internet & Security Agency's personal information dispute mediation, civil damages claim, or the Consumer Protection Center of the Financial Supervisory Service, please contact us and we will guide you through the procedure.
Customers whose personal information has been leaked will be notified individually.
