17 Report Lost Card

📝 3 Line Summary

[1] ‘Report Lost Card’ permanently locks the card in case of loss/theft

[2] Cards can no longer be loaded or used in case of loss

[3] If you choose to report a lost card, please contact customer service for a refund.

⛔️ Before you report a lost card!

・ After ‘Lock Card’, ‘Report Lost’ is available!

・ After reporting a lost card, your card will be permanently deleted.

・ Cards reported as lost cannot be used or reloaded again.

・ If you want to delete a lost card, please be sure to report it as a lost card, then delete it to keep your Pay Balance.

・ Reporting a lost card function is only available for the Pay Balance, and the Transit Balance is provided by Rail Plus and is non-refundable in the case of theft or loss. 

・ The Pay Balance of your lost card will be provided as a coupon so you can charge a new NAMANE Card.

✅ Reporting a Lost Card

[1] Enter ‘MY Card’.

[2] Select the card to report as lost.

[3] Select 'Card Management’.

[4] Select ‘Lock this Card’

[5] Enter the security password.

[6] Click ‘Lock’ when prompted.

[7] Card has been temporarily locked!

[8] Select ‘Report Loss’.

[9] Enter the security password.

[10] Click ‘OK’ when prompted.

[11] Card has been reported as lost!


✅ Notes on Reporting a Lost Card

※ You can only report a lost card for your Pay Balance, and the Transit Balance cannot be reported as lost in the NAMANE APP. The Transit Balance is provided by Rail Plus and is non-refundable in the case of theft or loss.

※ If the primary card is reported as lost, the next primary card is automatically set as the representative card. You can change it by selecting 'Card Management'.

※ After reporting the loss, contact customer service at extension number 1588-3073, or the Kakao Channel ‘NAMANE’, and the Pay Balance will be refunded through a coupon.

※ When deleting as lost card, you must report the lost card then delete to preserve your Pay Balance.
