10 Online Payment

📝 Steps for Online Payment
1️⃣ Verify your identity in the NAMANE APP
2️⃣ Register your NAMANE Card in the ISP/Paybooc App
3️⃣ Pay with ISP/Paybooc App when online shopping

1️⃣ Verify Your Identity in the NAMANE APP

※ Flip through the pictures for better guidance.

(Members under the age of 14 are required to proceed with steps [5-1] and [5-2].)

・ First, you must verify your identity in the NAMANE App to use online payment.
[1] NAMANE APP > ‘Home’ > ‘Online Payment Registration’
[2] After selecting the card to be used for online payment, click ‘Online Payment UserIdentity Verification’
[3] Proceed with PASS App or SMS Authentication
[4] Verification Complete!

※ Online payment may only be used by one account per person, and identity verification may not be canceled.
※ Personal online payment verification is done for each card, and the PASS authentication is only used at the time of verification.
※ Members under the age of 14 may use after verifying their parent/guardian.

※ Members under the age of 14 must verify by text message (SMS) when parental/guardian authentication is done to complete registration.

2️⃣ Register your NAMANE Card in the ISP/Paybooc App

※ Flip through the pictures for better guidance.

・  Online payment is viable when you register your NAMANE Card through the ‘ISP/Paybooc’ APP.

[1] Install the ‘ISP/Paybooc’ APP from Google Play Store or App Store.
[2] After the ‘ISP/Paybooc’ APP is done installing, click ‘Open’ to run the app.
[3] Please select ‘Allow’ for all required permissions that the app may prompt.
[4] Select ‘Start KB Kookmin Card’.
[5] Select ‘Other Cards’ > ‘Agree With All’ then click ‘Next’.
[6] ‘Card Company’ > ‘NAMANE Card’
[7] Select ‘Add Card’
[8] ‘Enter Card Information’ > 16-Digit Card Number > Enter Manually or Scan then select ‘Entry Complete’
[9] Enter ‘Expiration Date’, ‘CVC’, and ‘Card Password’ and then select ‘Entry Complete’.
[10] Click ‘OK’ after agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
[11] Select ‘Agree With All’, then click ‘Select a Carrier’> ‘Request Verification Code’
[12] Press’ after entering the verification code sent through SMS.
[13] Enter your 6-Digit ‘ISP Payment Code’ (‘ISP Payment Code’ is used for paying at online shops)
[14] Re-enter the 6-Digit ‘ISP Payment Code’ to create a payment code.
[15] ‘Card Alias Settings’ > After entering the alias, select ‘Confirm Settings’ to complete registration of your NAMANE Card in the ISP/Paybooc APP!

3️⃣ Pay with ISP/Paybooc App in Online Shops

※ Flip through the pictures for better guidance.

・Online Payment is possible through your NAMANE Card in the ‘ISP/Paybooc’ APP.
[1] Select ‘Payment Method’ when purchasing > ‘Credit/Debit Card’ > ‘KB Kookmin Card’
[2] Select ‘Pay with ISP Certificate’ (May vary per site)
[3] Select ‘Payment’ in the ‘ISP/Paybooc’ APP
[4]  ’Proceed with Payment’ > Select the NAMANE Card and enter your 6-Digit ‘ISP Payment Code’
[5] Click ‘Complete Payment to complete the payment.​

✅ Notes on Paying Online

※ Members under the age of 14 must have a verified guardian.

※ NAMANE Cards that have been registered for online payment cannot be deleted from the NAMANE APP, and may only be deleted when reported for loss.

※ If card registration is restricted due to inconsistent card information (CVC, Card Code) more than 3 times in the ‘ISP/Paybooc’ APP, please contact customer service .

※ If card registration due to incorrect information more than 5 times in the ‘ISP/Paybooc’ APP, registration is possible the following day.

※ In the case of cancellation after making an online payment, a refund will be made to your card within 2-7 business days. 

※ Partial Refunds for online payments are not automatically refunded to your card, due to the nature of the prepaid card.

※ There may be differences in payment method choices for each online website.
