[1]  ‘Automatic Monthly Deposit’ automatically deposits set amount on set date

[2]  ‘Automatic Base Balance Request’ automatically deposits set amount into card based on balance limit set

⛔️ Before You Load the Card!
・ Download the NAMANE APP > Sign up > Register your card > Load your card.

・ NAMANE Card can have two separate balances, each designated for ‘Pay Balance’ and ‘Transit Balance’, and the balances can be freely transferred.

・ Before paying by card, please confirm that the correct balance has been charged.

・ Please check the Pay Balance when paying at convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and PC rooms.

・ Please check the Transit Balance when paying for buses, subways, trains, or taxis.

✅ Automatic Monthly Deposits

・ You can set a certain amount of money to deposited in the account on the same day of every month (Convenient for allowance!)

・ Once set, go to ‘MY CARD’ > the ‘Auto-Recharge’ will be lit up.

[1] Set the amount and date of deposit in-app

‘MY CARD’ > ‘Pay Card Auto Top-Up’ > Select ‘Monthly’ > Set Date > Set Allowance Amount > Click ‘Set’

[2] Carrier Authentication

Select a carrier in the web browser/Agree to the Terms and Conditions > ‘Start’ > Verify Your Password > Return to the web browser and click ‘Confirm’

[3] Choose Bank

Select Bank / ‘Next’

[4] Register Payment Method

Accept Terms and Conditions > Enter ‘Account Holder’ / 'Account Number’ for verification > Enter ‘Name’/’Date of Birth’ > ‘Mobile Phone Number’ > When ARS, you will receive a code, then listen for the 4 digit code, enter in keypad > 'OK’

[5] Confirm Automatic Deposits

Confirm that the Automatic Deposit is set in-app

✅ Canceling an Automatic Monthly Deposit

・ ‘MY CARD’ > ‘Pay Card Auto Top-Up’ > ‘Monthly’ > Select ‘Cancel’

✅ Automatic Base Balance Request

・ If a certain payment causes the account balance to go under the set limit, this feature will automatically deposit a set amount.

・ Once this has been set, go to ‘MY CARD’ > and ‘Auto Recharge’ will be lit up.

‘MY CARD’ > ‘Pay Card Auto Top-Up’ > Select ‘Base Balance’ > Set Balance Limit > Set Deposit Amount > Click ‘Set’

2] Carrier Authentication

[3] Choose Bank

Select Bank / ‘Next’

✅ Notes on Automatic Deposits

※ IBK / CitiBank / KFCC / Kakao Bank do not support automatic deposits.

※ Automatic monthly deposits will be deposited at 9:00 am on the set date.

※ If you do not use the deposited amount within 7 days, you can request for a full refund.

※ For the amount that has passed 7 days after charging, you can only refund the amount remaining after using more than 60% of the final balance. (Excluding Card, Easy payment charging)
