06 Loading the Card In-App

📝 4 Line Summary

[1] Pay Balance/Transit Balance can be reloaded in the NAMANE APP.

[2] App allows you to transfer balances between Pay Balance and Transit Balance

[3] Virtual Account Deposit Fee is 0 KRW.

[4] Pay Balance/Transit Balance is limited to 500,000 KRW each

⛔️ Before You Load the Card!
・ Download the NAMANE APP > Sign up > Register your card > Load your card

・ NAMANE Card can have two separate balances, each designated for ‘Pay Balance’ and ‘Transit Balance’, and the balances can be freely transferred.

✅ Reloading Pay Balance

・ 'MY Card' menu > Click the 'Recharge Balance' button > Select the desired Top-up method

*Reload methods provided: Debit/Credit card and Naver/Kakao Pay, Wire Transfer, Mobile Payment, Int. Debit/Credit card, Int. Easy Payment, Convenience Store(Cash), Coupon, Virtual Account Deposit.

✓ In the case of 'Debit/Credit Card and Naver/Kakao Pay', 'Wire Transfer', 'Mobile Payment', 'Int. Debit/Credit card', 

Enter the amount to be loaded > Check the fee and payment amount > Agree to the Terms and Conditions > Proceed with the payment according to the guide screen > Reload

✓ In the case of 'Int. Easy Payment'

Select the easy payment to use > Enter the amount to be loaded > Check the fee and payment amount > Agree to the Terms and Conditions > Proceed with the payment according to the guide screen > Reload

✓ In the case of 'Convenience Store(Cash)'

Enter the amount to be loaded > Check the fee and payment amount > Agree to the Terms and Conditions > Enter the Password > Go to convenience store and proceed with the payment with the issued barcode > Reload

✓ In the case of 'Coupon',

Select the coupon to be used when reloading > Check coupon precautions and instructions > Agree precautions and instructions > Reload

✓ In the case of ‘Virtual Account Deposit’,
Select the virtual account and copy the number > Select the amount you would like to deposit > Recharge

✅ Reloading Transit Balance

・ To reload the Transit Balance, please load the Pay balance first.

・ ‘MY CARD’ > Select ‘Traffic History/Charge’ > Tag Card Twice > Select the amount to load from the Pay balance

✓ When setting the amount, increase the amount by dragging the bar to the right > ‘Switch’ > Tag Card > Reload

✓ If you wish to manually set the amount, enter the amount in the field below > ‘Switch’ > Tag Card > Reload

✅ Notice on Loading

※ The mobile payment limit is 150,000 KRW per day/month.

※ When depositing using a virtual account, the name must match the registered name.

※ When depositing using a virtual account, the representative card will be charged.

※ If you do not use the deposited amount within 7 days, you can request for a full refund.

※ However, Refund of Convenience Store(Cash) Top-up differs refund amount and refund destination depending on the cancellation date.
  - Refund on the day of payment: If you visit the payment store with your purchase receipt, you will be refunded in full (Top-up Amount + Service Fee).
  - Refund from 2 days to 7 days after payment: If you contact the NAMANE Customer Service with a photo of the purchase receipt, Top-up Amount(96% of Total Payment Amount) will be refunded.

※ For the amount that has passed 7 days after charging, you can only refund the amount remaining after using more than 60% of the final balance. (Excluding Card, Easy payment charging)
