✅ What is a NAMANECARD?
NAMANE Card is a prepaid card that can be loaded and used without opening a bank account. NAMANE Card can be customized with the image and text that the customer may want on the card. Cards can be designed and purchased directly from the NAMANE app.
✅ Configuring NAMANECARD
Two types of balances are possible through NAMANE: 'Pay Balance' / ‘Transit Balance'.
[ Pay Balance ]
・ You can pay at brick and mortar stores with a loaded Pay Balance.
・ When paying, insert the IC CHIP. (Contactless Payment is currently unavailable)

[ Transit Balance ]
・ You can use public transportation with a loaded transit balance.
・ Tag your card to pay.

[ Pay Balance - Transit Balance Transfer ]
・Pay Balance - Transit Balance can be freely transferred.
・If you click the ‘Transfer’ icon between Pay Balance and Transit Balance, you will be taken to the transfer page.

✅ NAMANECARD information
[ Front of Card ]
・ On the front of the card, there is a customized image and text by the customer.
・ The size of the image is 558 by 700 pixels.
・ The number on the right side of the image (No. 000000000000) is the number of the card and is used for registering a card in-app.
・ The customizable text is available in both Korean/English up to 14 characters. (Including Spaces)
・ Basic characters can be used for the text, but emojis/emoticons are not available.
[ Back of the Card ]
・ You can look for information on where to reload and use the card.
・ The card number is divided left and right.
✓ Left: Card Number/Expiration Date/CVC/Signature Field. (Please use the card after signing.)
✓ Right: Transportation Number (Used when registering for a Child/Youth transportation discount. Please check here for Child/Youth transportation discount registration information.)

[Pay Balance]
・ NAMANE Pay Balance can be used in both online and brick and mortar stores.
・ Online Payment: After verifying your identity in the NAMANE APP, you can pay through the ISP/Paybooc App.
